Assess. Plan. Treat.
The right scope depends on the plant, the site and what you need to demonstrate. We agree the work before treatment begins.
Identification and surveys
We offer an initial view from photographs. Where a formal assessment is needed, a site survey can identify visible invasive growth and record its location and relevant constraints.
A survey helps establish the next decision for a property transaction, a treatment programme or planned site work.
Ask about a survey →Management plans
A written plan sets out the proposed approach, treatment area, monitoring and expected programme. For property transactions, tell us any documentation requested by the buyer, solicitor or lender. We tailor the management plan and supporting documents to meet the lender’s stated requirements where applicable.
Insurance backed guarantees for 5 or 10 year plans can be discussed where available and appropriate; the exact scope and terms are agreed with the proposal.
Discuss a plan →Herbicide treatment and monitoring
Targeted herbicide treatment is planned around the species, season, access and surrounding land or water. Follow-up visits and records are agreed as part of the programme.
We work with Japanese knotweed, giant hogweed, Himalayan balsam, mare’s tail (horsetail) and bamboo. Learn about other invasive plants.
Discuss treatment →Tell us about your site.
Share the location, photographs and any deadline. We will discuss what a useful first assessment looks like.
